Thank you for shopping at Body Fuel Max. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
🇪🇺 EU Consumer Rights (14-Day Cooling Off Period)
As a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Conditions for Returns:
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging
- Products must be unused and in the same condition as received
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order
⚠️ Important - Opened Products:
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food supplement products. This exception is permitted under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(e) for goods that can deteriorate or expire rapidly, and Article 16(h) for sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Return Shipping Costs:
For returns under the 14-day cooling off period, you are responsible for the cost of returning the products to us, unless the product is defective or we sent you the wrong item.
📦 How to Return a Product
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at info@bodyfuel.ie within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
Step 2: Send Your Return
Once your return is approved, send the product(s) to:

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Step 3: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned product, and credited to your original payment method.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
🔧 Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us at info@bodyfuel.ie within 48 hours of delivery.
For defective or damaged products, we will:
- Provide a full refund including original shipping costs
- Cover the cost of return shipping
- Send a replacement product (if available and preferred)
Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product to help us resolve the issue quickly.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened food supplement products (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
Sale Items: Products purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular-priced items, in accordance with EU consumer law.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:
- Return the original product following our return process
- Once your return is approved and refunded, place a new order for the item you want
This ensures you receive your new product as quickly as possible.
