To ensure smooth delivery, please provide:

  • ✅ Correct delivery address with valid Eircode
  • ✅ Working phone number (for delivery notifications)
  • ✅ Someone available to receive the parcel (recommended)

Tracking: You'll receive an email and/or text from GLS on the morning of delivery with your tracking number.

🔄 Redelivery Policy

If redelivery is required due to customer error (incorrect address, missing Eircode, wrong phone number, or nobody present), a €6.99 redelivery fee will apply to cover freight and handling costs.

📦 Stock Availability

If an ordered item is out of stock, we will:

  1. Contact you to offer an alternative flavour or replacement product
  2. Ship available items and refund out-of-stock items
