Per4m Pre Workout Stim — Rainbow Candy, 570g
Per4m Pre is a caffeinated pre-workout powder for adults, in Rainbow Candy flavour. Each 19g serving contains 8g of L-citrulline, 3.2g of beta-alanine and 2g of taurine, alongside amino acids, botanical extracts, minerals and B vitamins.
The 570g tub provides 30 servings. Mix a measured serving with water before exercise, following the directions and warnings on the pack. It is a supplement to your routine, not a substitute for food, sleep or a suitable training plan.
Contains 300mg Caffeine per Serving
This is not a stimulant-free formula. Do not combine with other pre-workouts, caffeine supplements or energy drinks. Consider caffeine from coffee and other drinks too. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. Read the complete pack warnings before use.
Understanding the Main Ingredients
L-Citrulline — 8,000mg
L-citrulline is an amino acid that the body can convert into L-arginine, which is involved in nitric oxide production. This is why it is commonly included in pre-workout formulas. That biological role does not guarantee a particular “pump”, improved circulation or better results from this product. The panel lists L-citrulline, not citrulline malate.
Beta-Alanine — 3,200mg
Beta-alanine is used by the body to make carnosine, a compound found in muscle that is involved in buffering acidity. It is not the same ingredient as caffeine. Beta-alanine can cause a tingling sensation; the strength of that sensation is not a measure of how effective a workout or supplement is.
Taurine — 2,000mg
Taurine is an amino sulfonic acid naturally present in the body and involved in normal cellular processes, including fluid balance within cells. Its presence does not establish that this drink hydrates better than water or prevents cramps. Continue to plan fluids around your activity rather than treating a pre-workout as your complete hydration plan.
Amino Acids, Choline and Stimulants
L-tyrosine (1,000mg) is an amino acid used in the production of proteins and certain neurotransmitters. CDP choline (250mg), also known as citicoline, is a choline-containing compound. Choline is a component of cell membranes and is involved in acetylcholine production. These roles explain the ingredients, not a promise of sharper focus or improved memory from this blend.
Caffeine anhydrous (300mg) is the caffeine ingredient listed on the panel. “Anhydrous” identifies its dry form; it does not mean caffeine-free or slow-release. Individual responses vary, and caffeine can interfere with sleep. Be particularly mindful of timing if you train in the evening.
L-theanine (100mg) is an amino acid also found naturally in tea. Its inclusion does not cancel the caffeine content or guarantee a calm, jitter-free experience.
Minerals, Vitamins and Extracts
The formula contains 250mg of magnesium bisglycinate at 20%, providing 50mg of elemental magnesium. The compound weight and the mineral amount are different figures. Sodium chloride and pink Himalayan salt are also listed; their weights should not be read as amounts of pure sodium.
Vitamin B3 is listed as niacinamide and vitamin B12 as cyanocobalamin. These are vitamins, not additional caffeine. A large reference-intake percentage is not a score for potency and does not mean proportionally greater benefits.
Juniper berry extract, bitter orange extract and AstraGin® are included. AstraGin® is identified on the panel as extracts of Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng roots. An extract's weight alone does not establish its active-compound content or prove an absorption benefit.

Other Ingredients and Allergen Information
Other ingredients supplied: malic acid, flavouring, anticaking agent (silicon dioxide), sweetener (sucralose), colouring (E122).
Manufactured in a facility that processes products containing nuts, milk, eggs, soya and fish.

How to Use
Mix one scoop (19g) with 200–300ml of water approximately 15–30 minutes before exercise.
Do not exceed the stated daily serving. Do not take the powder dry. Follow the complete directions on the pack and do not add extra scoops or combine with other stimulant products.
Before Choosing This Formula
This is an option for adults looking specifically for a caffeinated pre-workout powder, not a daily vitamin drink or a caffeine-free electrolyte product. Consider the whole formula, not just its citrulline amount. If you train late or avoid stimulants, a different format may be more appropriate.
If you take medication or have a medical condition, particularly a heart or blood-pressure condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. The combination includes caffeine, bitter orange extract and a cacao-derived ingredient; do not assume the blend is suitable simply because individual ingredients are familiar.
Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children. Follow the storage instructions and best-before date on the pack.
